Horrible experience!! DONT BELIEVE THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS. MUST BE FAMILY. PAY ATTENTION TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. They arrived late. They took 6 hours for a small move. Mainly boxes. They refused to take a bed, recliner and TV from my son’s room. They claimed there was mold on my son’s bed, but it was a coffee stain. Why would you leave an entire room of furniture at the last minute? They ruined one of my boxes of silk linen with some sort of liquid. They left so many of my items in the old place and left the door wide open. Had the nerve to ask for a tip. Abysmal work and customer service. I definitely would not patronize this business again. You’d be better off using a more professional company.

Orlando and his team were super professional, easy to get along with, very quick, polite, and a good time to have around. Great pricing too. We moved from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom down the road. Perfect experience. One day of packing took about 4 hours and the next day the move took about 3 hours. They literally took care of every single thing for us and placed our furniture where we requested. Highly recommend them for a stress free move!

We are very happy with our move from a split home to a storage unit in Baltimore. Orlando was very professional and responsive and was able to schedule our move at the last minute. The movers, Kuri and Tedd were very patient with our instructions and took great care in packing and moving our items. They were very considerate and polite and even offered my father a chair to sit while he observed the moving process. Also, they helped set up a video chat to witness the move since we were out of town. Be mindful that this kind of transition takes hours and it is important to discuss all the fees, time and amount of help that you will receive. And if you have blankets for your furniture then it is a good idea to ask them to remove theirs to free some space in the truck. Exceptional customer service and fair pricing. In addition, we were very pleased when Orlando was able to adjust our final bill. Overall, we recommend this company and will be using them again in the near future.

Orlando and Adrian did a fantastic job moving us to the Eastern Shore. They were punctual, professional, and took great care of our furniture. They moved quickly, while packing and unpacking. The flat rate fee is a great price and worth it. We are enjoying our new home and Orlando and Adrian really took the stress out of the process!

Orlando and his team were great to work with. Orlando was very responsive through Yelp messaging to all my concerns and he did his research prior to arriving to my house to gauge how much stuff I may have by looking up my address on the realtor websites for photos to see the stuff to be moved. I had to do a house move and downsize and go to two different addresses, which he was able to accommodate and organize his truck so that it was efficient. The move took about 5 hours, but the team did great by taking care of my stuff and wrapping it up and protecting it to ensure it was not damaged - and I can truly say nothing was damaged. I highly recommend Mid-Atlantic movers.
