If you forget to call them 30 days before you move out of your storage unit, they charge you a full months rent, while they rent the exact same unit out to another customer 2 days later. It's a brilliant scam. They screwed my sister and her husband over. I'll never do business with them even though they are the closest storage to my house. I'll drive further before promoting a business that scams their customers.

Needed a storage unit quickly. Was able to complete necessary paperwork on-line to have immediate access. Units are clean, secure, comfortable temperature and easy to access. Staff was helpful and friendly. Very nice facility.

I am a hot mess and darn near always late a couple days on my payments. Natalie, bless her soul, takes care of me with grace and an attitude of such good will that it makes me feel instantly at ease. I can see the smile she wears while talking and I know, that's a mega watt smile. The grounds are well maintained, everything works, even the contractors that come in for maintenance or repairs have the same jovial attitude. We love this storage yard for the quality of the service mainly, the actual product they sell us at such a decent rate secondly and most importantly because I can hear the smile in Natalies voice every month when I have to call her up to catch me up. You can count on this company and I see being in business with these folks for as long as I need extra storage space

I was a little confused at first when I didn’t see an office on site, but once I finally decided to get the unit. Natalie called me immediately, and went over everything, she made it super simple. I would recommend this storage unit to anyone and everyone. Also the most affordable units around!
