This is my most favorite trailer house supplies for getting whatever I need to fix. The people are just so kind and knowledgeable of whatever you're trying to fix and their prices are reasonable. I am a Construction Project Manager for a large Commercial General Contractor and I 100% recommend this place due to the following reasons: 1) Great Customer Service! - Amy and her family are very friendly and very personable, down to earth people that I have ever met. Immediately walking into her store, I felt extremely comfortable and welcomed. I like to spend my hard earned money in support of family owned businesses and places where they truly value the customer. Amy and her family, really care about their customers and they really care about helping them. This reason alone, would be enough for me, a United States Marine Veteran, to shop here. 2) Very knowledgeable and educational staff! - Amy and her family are very knowledgeable about everything within their industry. As a first time mobile home/ trailer owner, things within a trailer are different than that of a pier/ beam and/ or concrete slab house. They were able to EDUCATE me on the various sizes of plumbing, various layouts, and finally, the best ways to install the fixtures in which I purchased there today. Good luck finding someone at Home Depot or Lowe’s who have the knowledge in which you need to install the items you just bought! 3) Great Prices and Ability to Go Beyond Customer Service! - Amy and her family offer very competitive prices of the various fixtures, hardware, doors, etc. than I have found at major chains such as Home Depot and Lowes! Furthermore, they will go above and beyond by special ordering items in which they don’t carry and/ or don’t have in stock. Although, the items I needed where set to be delivered soon, others who have left many reviews, have stated such things. If you need parts and need them fast, along with some quick knowledge on how to install the parts, then stop searching and walk through the Hicks Mobile Home Parts front doors.
