Worst towing company ever. This is a complete criminal organization that specializes in extortion. They have contracts with the police to tow cars from a crash scene then begin to charge you an outrageous rate of storage while refusing to release your vehicle. Every time you go to get your vehicle released they come up with an excuse on why they won’t release it and refuse to give clear directions on what they need in order to release it. They advertise in their lobby that they accept multiple forms of payment but then demand cash. In addition to demanding cash they refuse to give you change in which you need to bring exact change. They give you a hard time about giving you a receipt in an attempt to steal your money. Everyone I dealt with including the front desk lady, manager and drivers are rude, confrontational and have an attitude. Do not use midtown towing for any reason, and if the police send them after an accident, request a different company. Midtown towing takes advantage of people during their time of need just to like their own pockets!!!

Worst towing company in the state. Towed my vehicle along with half the street parked at, on top of already receiving a ticket for parking. I waited out in the city expecting the vehicle in the morning despite their website claiming 24/7 to have them tell me to get it back the next day. I was also charged for idling although I showed up the previous day for the car. I sit in their lot now after paying the fees for my vehicle with the excuse of "other vehicles need to get removed first". If you're in the miami area stay away from these guys. They will be hearing from my lawyers

The black old lady in the office is a devil. My car was towed by them after I had an accident. The next day, my wife and I went to pick up our items in the car, and she told me that because I am not the owner so I can't go inside with my wife to get our stuffs, even my wife as the owner authorized me. That review is supposed to have -1000 stars. She is el Diablo, bad customer service, don't use them.

awful experience. I need more English speakers. the woman on the phone is not clear. You can’t understand . they didn’t give me enough time to load my stuff. n no help because nobody speaks English. It’s a mess where you need rain boots. took me two days to get the oil off the bottom of my shoes, is this an EPA hazard?
