Best moving company hands down! Floyd asked all the right questions about my move from the beginning, making the move effortless from start! He was able to walk me through what I needed, things I would have never thought about! The crew showed up with all the supplies we needed & the day was easy, breezy, & fun! I’ve never had fun moving before! I’ve never used movers before, but after using Midwest Elite Movers, I won’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know! I loved the crew and the whole experience! During my move, I mentioned that I needed some stuff hung up, tv mounted, etc… turns out Floyd is also a handyman! He showed up and took care of everything! I had trouble finding anything that needed to get done at the end of the day… This crew and Floyd are a true blessing! Thanks again!

Floyd's team did a great job loading our U-Boxes for a long distance move to Arizona. His team of workers worked steadily and carefully to wrap and pack our two bedroom home. My wife liked how courteous they were, how they worked as a team and didn't use any swear words! We had several large paintings, some sculptures, and a large screen TV which they wrapped with plenty of padding. Will definitely recommend this company to another friend who is moving to Florida. Good price, good professional work.

This was a very traumatizing experience. When I first scheduled my move with Floyd, everything appeared to be fine. My new property managers changed their minds about allowing me to move in on the 31st, 5 days before the initial move. The moment I learned that I couldn't move in until the 1st I contacted Floyd. He told me that he would still move me on the 1st but it would have to be after 4pm because he would have to add movers and he was technically booked that day. However, he told me that he could still do the job. Something in my gut told me that he was not going to come through, so I contacted another company and was all moved in to my new place by 3pm on the 1st. I waited to see if Floyd would reach out to say that his movers will be coming but heard nothing. Radio silence. So to his knowledge, I was never moved. He never reached out. He should been honest with me about not being able to fit me in on the 1st. He left me high and dry. I am single mom of 4, so that was not an easy transition. His communication needs a lot of work. Will never recommend to anyone.

The guys that helped us move were super professional, polite and efficient. Floyd was great to work with and very communicative as well. 10/10 would recommend!

My storage space was a disaster and they not only made sense of it but after everybody in my moving party told me that there was no way that all this stuff was going to fit in that storage Floyd made it happen and I would recommend him to anybody he was reasonable he didn't charge the last minute fee like I couldn't have picked more professional movers and he stated I was like thank you for doing such a good job and he said well the intention of my company is to treat it as if this was our stuff and that meant a lot it showed the Integrity of the company so I would check them out 10 times over before anybody else they get like 10,000 Stars because they didn't just do a good job they were very personable and even empathetic to my situation like they were just above and beyond
