The driver of bus 209 couldn’t get the bus to drive this morning and backed up traffic for over 20 minutes in Kew gardens. The yeshiva boys were hanging out of the windows, yelling and beeping the horn of the bus. I don’t think she knew how to drive it. The bus driver behind her came out to help while the kids on that bus were climbing into the drivers seat. This is a terrible accident waiting to happen.

Two of your busses just drove past me on Ave. j and 9th. Utterly disgusting toxic gasses were emitted from your exhaust pipes, huge toxic white clouds among school children. You need to be inspected.

Horrible bus service. No care for the children that are being driven. Change bus stops to their convenience. Don’t answer their phones, even called multiple times to try to get in touch with them. Bus drivers don’t even wait a min for the kids at the bus stop.

Terrible driving by driver of bus 148 on the morning of 1/30/2024. Taking my kids to school and bus driver runs the red light and almost slams into my vehicle. Kids were certainly shaken. No response when tried to reach out to company.

Next time you want to know how safe is your child in hands of this company driver , my suggestion is just to jump in your personal car and follow this circus on wheel. Bus 246 flying 40 mph full of children on Queens Boulevard with a speed limit of 25. Getting into Kew Gardens , stop signs or red lights just don't exist at 8:10 am on a school day. Scary ! Absolutely scary ! Wish there was an agency to oversee safety of the school bus operators. My child would NEVER get into a bus with a driver like this !! Yours shouldn't either !!
