Tom at Rafter insurance has been such a great help to myself and my family. When I first started our Mercury Insurance policy with Rafter Insurance I was very happy with the savings, but also happy with the personal service. Tom calls and emails if the payment is late to make sure that the policy doesn't get canceled by the corporate office. When I had an insurance emergency he was there for us, well after hours, just to set things right. I cannot thank him enough for his service.
