We hired them for moving from a five u pack boxes in superior to Duluth. They were fantastic, meaning they were fast and efficient but just as importantly careful with the floors, walls and furniture. Their bid was not the cheapest, but they ended up coming in well under budget for the move. Because of that I would say our experience was that their billing is transparent and fair. I would hire them again in a heartbeat if I needed movers. My only criticism would be they should have “moving” in their name because they were so good at it. Of course, it’s a second generation family business that has been running for over 35 years, so what do I know.

These guys went "above and beyond" multiple times! After they emptied our house and garage, they also removed all the debris on the property. And always with a smile😁. When moving things into the new house, they were very thoughtful and thorough - and still smiling! I highly recommend them!

I am reviewing for my mother who recently used their moving services. She wanted to pass on how happy she was with the friendly and patient crew. She wasn't totally packed when they arrived but they helped her get organized quickly and had her all packed and unloaded 2 hours ahead of schedule. They also stayed within her original quote which was reasonable. She was especially happy when she found a very old hand written note I had made her at a young age and put on her mirror, one of the crew found this and tucked it away safely in a box. This was very touching to her and shows the care they put into their work.

I had already contacted a different company to haul away my old living room furniture, but the person I talked to kept pushing my job back. It wasn't a big job, true, but I had my new furniture already, and wanted to get it all done. So, i called Mike's, and they couldn't come right away, but did come sooner than they thought. The guys were very professional, didn't make as mess with their shoes on the carpet, and got it done in short order. I'm so glad I chose Mike's!
