The pricing was transparent and fair, with no hidden fees or last-minute surprises. What impressed me the most was the level of care they took with my belongings. Every item was handled with extreme caution, ensuring everything arrived in perfect condition. The moving team was professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the entire process. If I could rate zero stars I would. This was the worst moving experience of my life. Henry berated his worker the entire day cussing and calling them racial slurs. I was so uncomfortable the entire time. The move took at least 8 hours and had taken other movers 2-4 hours total. He kept yelling about having another job to get to the entire time making me feel like I was inconvenincing him. They broke my dryer, TV and scuffed up my walls. After spending over 1200 for a move that should have been half that price I am now left to purchase a new dryer and TV. Dont use this company!!!

I highly recommend using their services if you are looking for professional, reliable, movers with great communication and high attention to detail. They made me feel as if my personal belongings were important to them and they handled all my items with care. It was a tricky move because of my stairs but they never complained just got the job done. 100/10

I have used Mile High Movers for several moves and they have been amazing for every move! They are very professional and have been there for me on a few emergency moves. They are VERY reasonable with their prices and competitive in pricing compared to any other moving company. Myself and my family will always prefer them to move us over any other company.

If you want a nightmare moving experience, you have found your moving company and in particular their employee, Henry. It took me over a month to put this review together so as to take the emotion out of writing this. I hired Henry with an assistant for 3 hours to load a moving truck with mainly furniture, appliances and beds etc for my family. He told me he did not have his usual help because they called off. His older helper did not speak English and it was very obvious he had little to no moving experience. That said, Henry was frustrated and berated his helper for the entire time he was at my home. After 4.5 hours, the moving truck was only half loaded and Henry informed that he needed to leave for another job. Needless to say, I was not pleased, but was understanding. I paid Henry for 4 hours letting him know I had expected more, but his lack of competent help certainly kept him from completing the job in a timely manner. He did not provide with a receipt. Again, the truck was only filled half way. Me and my buddy filled the other half of the truck in about 2 hours, done by two 60 year old men by the way. I had asked Henry when he arrived to back the truck into my driveway where he deemed best to load it. I discovered after me and my buddy finished loading the truck that Henry had taken the Uhaul truck key with him. I called and asked for the key back, even offering to come and get it, but he refused. I then texted him and did not hear back until 8:45 PM, 5.5 hours after I had contacted him. In this time, I had to have a locksmith come out and make me a truck key for $180, plus the extra three hours this cost me. When I mentioned by text that he owed me $180, he went into a profanity laced tirade, calling me and my family names. That evening I filed a police report regarding the Uhaul key and the police contacted him and asked him to return the key, but not before more texted profanity. I got the key in the mail late the following week. To sum up, if you need more headaches regarding your move, Henry and company will oblige. I cannot think of anyone that I have ever hired that provide such poor service as this man! DO NOT USE this man or his company or your only souvenir maybe a useless Uhaul key.
