I am only leaving one star because I have to in order to create a review. This company lacks responsibility. My vehicle was damaged while being unloaded by the driver and the driver denied it until I showed proof. It’s not worth using there services if the cost is much worse with the damage they cause and there lack of accountability. Horrible experience with them! Beware!

Very disappointed with this company. Order number 403436. I paid for their services and when unloading my suv parts were getting damaged. I called and spoke to the manager after talking to everyone in the office. I was told they saw the case and they were going to cover the cost but the manager never answered again. I have photos, video of before and after.

We cannot recommend this company based on our experience. They displayed a lack of understanding regarding a mechanical issue, causing unnecessary delays in payments. Moreover, they deducted fees without clear explanations, leaving us frustrated and dissatisfied with their communication. Overall, our experience fell short of our expectations.

Don’t bother making business with them. The employees in charge of transporting the vehicle lost the keys and I had to pay an extra $200 to get the key replaced. They lied saying they were given the car without the keys from the auction. I contacted the auction and they told me nobody had called to confirm the vehicle had no keys. Clearly someone either stole or lost my keys after it had been picked up. Never doing business here ever again and you shouldn’t either. From how expensive their service is I would expect to at least receive my keys. Not only did I not receive my keys but they took forever to deliver the vehicle, overall a terrible experience.
