If I could give them a zero, I would. 3 days prior to moving, I set up an appointment over the phone. I was told by manager movers that would come that Saturday between 12-3pm. On move day, I get a call around 130pm asking if I could switch my date to the next day. I told him no, I needed to go be out on the date I requested. He said the movers were running a bit behind from the previous job but what still arrive in window. The ended up arriving at 640pm over 3 hours late and didn't have tools to undo bed. Had to have tools dropped off. I was offered a small discount until getting into a bank in forth with Manager then he finally apologized and gave me a fair discount 🙆🏾‍♂️. The movers weren't the issue as much as poor time management/communications from supervisor 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮

These guys! so good! I contacted them 7 o’clock on a Friday morning and they were to my house by 11:30! I only had a few pieces that needed to be moved to my garage as we were having new furniture delivered the next day. They were careful with the walls and the lighting to make sure that there were no damages. They even showed us the best way to get our new furniture in.super sweet people. Will definitely be calling them again for any future work. saved me and my husband from having a huge fight from trying to do this ourselves :-) definitely impressed and would highly recommend.

I usually don’t do reviews, but I had to come on here to give a huge shout out to the guys who came to do my move they were very professional and didn’t waste anytime packing up all my items. If you’re moving I recommend using Milwaukee City Movers!!!💯
