We scheduled a move with Doug and was quoted $500 for a half day. On the agreed-upon moving day, Doug never showed up and never answered/responded to multiple calls and texts. As of this review, there has been no communication from Doug. Extremely disappointed in the professionalism.

Doug and his 3 guys moved a houseful of furniture from my place in Silverthorne to our house in Denver. it was a full truck. Lots of furniture. They did a great job. Everything was wrapped for transit in blankets, nothing got broken. They got it done. And it was a very hot day in Denver.

A 3 star is probably generous. I think this is probably the first review I’ve ever left but I felt it was necessary. Price was $750 for a half day (four hours). Minimum half day required and wouldn’t do an hourly rate but was to include three guys. I didn’t even necessarily mind the price and time frame, we were looking for movers last minute so even though they were higher than what I’m used to I was willing to pay it. We’ve moved 10 times in 7 years so I’d say we’re pretty experienced with how long it should take and standard cost. My review is driven by the fact that Doug showed up with two young (maybe) high school kids. It took 3+ hours for the move. The scope of work was to load a trailer that we provided that was parked in the drive way. No use of his truck, no haul off, etc. The home was a second home so it didn’t have boxes of clothes, Knick knacks, etc. and we actually sold off many items before the move. We usually move our primary residence out and into a new place in that amount of time. Everything was wrapped and ready to go for them when they got there. Items were dropped in the process. It’s a cross country move this time so I’ll be curious to see what condition our items are in when they arrive based on their handling. My husband had to add himself to the moving crew to get it done and I helped where I could (7 months pregnant). All in all, we should have been informed of what our “three man crew” was going to entail and at a minimum Doug should have been experienced enough to help guide them and facilitate the move better. For the experience, price, etc. I would not use again or recommend.

We needed to remove and dispose of old furniture from a condo we were going to remodel in Breckenridge. Doug and his helper showed on time and did the job very efficiently. The price was fair.

Scam artist. DO NOT USE THEM. Definition of terrible human being.
