Booked a load this morning from NC - NM, he had it posted for $3400. Called, he asked me where my truck was empty. I stated Hickory, NC at 5am Friday morning, he said they usually take awhile to unload but we can book the load anyways! Asked when I wanted my appointment, I said 12-1 since they are an 8-3 shipper. Asks for all of my information, says he will send me an email once he gets it written up. Within 5 minutes of hanging up the phone, the load was posted back for $100 less. I figured maybe he got another lane. An hour goes by, no email. No phone call, nothing. Then I see it posted again for $2400. 3 hours later, no email, no phone call. STILL NOTHING! Never ran a load for you before, and I never will call again. This is not how you do business.

If i could give 0 stars, I would. The reps at miracle are unbelievably unprofessional and dishonest. Booked a load that had quite some deadhead and was told to have my driver head there right away as the load was "100% good." Later (after my driver had driven 170+ miles) I received a couple emails saying the delivery for the load was moved to a day later and if we still wanted it... I responded within less than a minute of the 3rd message to only be told the load was given to someones else. What really made me upset is this rep didnt even bother to try and call me?!? A realistic person would call a carrier after no response to an email after 20 minutes to ask and be sure before the load was given to someone else. So unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend working with this company.
