I would never recommend this company. I wanted nothing more than to be done with this company and move beyond our move experience but they continued to fail on delivering on their word and commitments. We spent about $10k on a move out, 1 month of storage, and move in to our new house. On the move out they damaged our front door and gave us the run around for 3 months. They say they are sending a check after 3 mo the but I’m not holding my breath. They “lost” the screws to my 5 year olds bed so so had no bed for 3 nights only to find out the screws were in our house all long the owner just never took the time to call the worker and figure it out. Then they damaged put brand new $1800 teak arhaus outdoor dining table and just delivered today “repaired” I am pretty sure my 5 year old would’ve done a better job repairing it. DO NOT fall for Johns sales tactics like I did. He seemed nice and caring but if anything goes wrong, once he gets his money he treats like you dirt. If opus have nice stuff and care about your stuff do not go with them. I am kicking myself for not going with competitors.

Our crew showed up on time this morning ready to work. Despite the weather these guys were very courteous and professional. They took extreme measures to make sure our furniture was wrapped and were very careful with all of our fragile items. Highly recommend this company if you want a positive and professional experience.

Miracle Movers moved us in June to storage and then out of storage today. We were absolutely thrilled with the service. They were SO professional and polite and personable. I highly recommend them. John, the owner is very flexible and easy to work with. The team we had today is Mike, Swava, Rodney, Tyler and Derrick. Promise you you won’t be disappointed.

These guys got the job done!! so happy with this moving company. They moved us quickly and helped in anyway they could to make our move as smooth as possible.
