B4 you read this company is also Tri County towing, Fire the guy answering phones immediately, tried to pick up one of our company vehicles, guy tells me wait 1 hour, so I wait then a hour later I call he gives me attitude about calling, loudly tells his partner I’m blowing up his phone then makes me wait an additional 40 minutes, I wait the 40 minutes at a near by gas station then complains that I’m not there, like I didn’t just wait 2 hours for you to send someone else to unlock a gate. Terrible Business wouldn’t recommend if you need your car towed just leave it over night and pray you find someone with brain cell has a toe hook

I woke up today to a flat tire on my truck. A screw in the road did the tire in. I removed the flat tire and planned to put on the spare but neither I or a friend could get the spare to drop from underneath the truck. So, I thought my only choice was to have the truck towed to a local garage, since I didn't have another vehicle. Joe from Miranda's showed up quickly. He was able to get the spare off the truck and then lifted up my truck with his to make it easier to change out the flat tire. So, I didn't need the tow which was wonderful. Amazingly, Joe did not charge me anything! He was very gracious and helpful. I hope I never need a tow in the future, but if I do, I know who I will call.

Told me they’d arrive in 30 minutes. Ended up waiting 3 1/2 hours, called every hour and kept getting told the same thing, “They’ll arrive in 30 minutes, the driver is dealing with a police call”. I understand if there’s a lot of calls from the county but atleast keep me informed instead of making me wait in this weather for hours. Really unprofessional the lack of communication. Ended up cancelling the call and going with a different tow truck.

I called, and they said to call again in 30 minutes. I called another company and we immediately figured things out. Don’t wait a half hour just to SCHEDULE a pickup. Also, the price was $150 plus more per mile, and the other company was a $100 flat fee

Hands down best company in Oviedo! Handled my vehicle with care, they were there in a reasonable time even with heavy traffic and they have the best price as well. The driver was even able to change my drop off destination in an instant with no problems. Couldn’t have asked for a better company.
