These lady thats works there is hella rude and very unprofessional. She tells us a price and then ups it 600 and blames it on someone else. She hangs up and doesn't answer. Then answers the phone to tell me she wont put me through to a manager or owner and hangs up on me

Was given false miss information, because of it we had to pay an extra 3 days of storage. The Atwater P.D. Even called them to release my car that had no hold. If it were possible I’d give them negative stars! I recommend any other place than this one!!!

The secretary that was on the phone with me was extremely rude. She didn't want to release my car after i signed the realse form and proved the car was mine. She was also not releasing it to my towing company because they needed an appointment due to COVID-19. The one guy that "delivered" my car didnt even have a mask on. I don't see why she acted the way she did and refused to release my car if the guy basically didn't even follow their "COVID-19 Protocols"

They are extremely rude, not helpful at all and they stole money and change out of my car!!! If I could give them negative stars I would. I wouldnt recommend this company to no one!!!
