We chose Mitchell Smith from Place following advice from a friend who has knowledge of the industry. We were impressed on our first meeting where we found that he had immense local knowledge, he's honest, easy to deal with and there was no pressure. The sale was on behalf of an elderly owner and Mitchell even made himself available to meet with all the siblings to deal with family differences. A buyer was found very quickly, and the offer was so good that we sold before auction. Very happy!

My Husband and I recently sold our investment property in Tarragindi.
