I cannot praise MJC Movers enough for their exceptional service! When I urgently needed to relocate between apartments, they stepped up with unmatched professionalism and efficiency. Mike at the office was incredibly helpful, swiftly organizing everything and explaining all costs upfront with complete transparency. The moving day couldn't have gone smoother. Robin Williams, the driver, along with his colleague David Vellaizac, arrived punctually and wasted no time in getting started once the necessary paperwork was sorted. The one star is not for the hard working gentlemen they sent, it is for the company it's self. They scheduled 2-4 as a window to show up, they shoed up at 4:15 and I had to call. They sent 2 workers who had been working all day to do a two apartment moving to one townhouse. They did not know they were emptying two apartments. Took three hours in the first apartment, complained the whole time because they were so tiered. We had to leave all our stuff in our garage because it went from about 600.00 estimate to over 1300.00 if they finished by 12 am, otherwise it would be more. They charged for travel and mileage and I understood that to be included in the truck charge. They are super nice and low ball you, then don't send enough men, plus tiered men and then you have to pay before they unload your truck. Poor guys, I would quit. Professional suggestion, don't schedule men to break their back all day, don't under send the manual labor and go out and look at what you are moving before you try and get a deposit and low ball clients. The person taking the money over the phone was rude and just mean to his people. horrible horrible horrible company..

The best mover company. Benjamin took care from talk me through the process, how many staff for my inventories, how long and price. He made me feel like a red carpet service. The price is fair and reasonable and per what Ben told me. The crew (3persons) on the moving day was friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
