I purchased a handbag from Michael Kors with high expectations for quality. However, after just two uses, the handles began to peel off. Despite taking the bag to the Michael Kors store for repair, it spent over six months there with no progress. The first time I left it with them for three months, I received it back untouched. Upon requesting another repair, they kept my bag for an additional three months, only to return it in the same damaged condition as before. The staff made no effort to resolve the issue and offered a replacement only if I paid the full price of a new item, minus the sale price of my original bag. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and accountability from Michael Kors. The brand's failure to repair my bag despite having it for an extended period and their costly replacement offer has left me unsatisfied. This experience does not align with the luxury reputation that Michael Kors claims to uphold. I expected better from Michael Kors and would caution others to be wary of their after-sales service and product longevity. The lack of effort to resolve the issue and the inconvenience and additional cost imposed on me have tarnished my perception of the brand.

Small store with large selection. They did not have the exact model and size we were looking for but they helped to find one and ship it directly to our house. Staff was very helpful.

Today, during our visit to the store, we encountered a sales representative who displayed arrogance and impoliteness. When we inquired about the price of a bag, her response was dismissive, simply stating "I don’t know," and she showed no interest in finding out the price for us. My wife is fond of MK, but the behavior of this salesperson has negatively impacted our perception of the brand.

We came in here about a week and a 1/2 ago looking at new watches . We came across a gentleman named Khoa... He was very professional and attentive.. He assisted in Showing us probably 8 to 10 ladies watches to start off with. Once one was picked for her i guess it was time to find one for myself. I was back-and-forth between a few options yet Khoa was still just as friendly and accommodating as he was 20 minutes before we got to Picking a watch for myself. I walked out of that place smiling big, rocking a new watch and feeling good about my experience. We really do appreciate your help and we look forward to seeing you there again Khoa

The staff, specially the guy, is so rude. Our experience was like returning an online order, because of wrong size, but he was like acting as if we are returning an used item. He wants to put you in a weird situation that you feel guilty about it. He acts like an arrogant person and was suggesting us to go to another store to return items for the next time (excusing that the other store is “closer” to you). This store is not like MK whatsoever. I’m not used to write a review and become judgemental but now that I read the other similar reviews I feel that I also need to share my experience. I really like Westfield valley fair and specially MK but I think I don’t feel quite comfortable to go there anymore. I hope someone from HQ cares about the customers and do something about it.
