Ray and the team did a complete overhaul of my 3 offices in 4 short days! The team worked tirelessly to get the job done within our timeframe and with no disruption to my practice. I am blown away by the customer service of Nick H! He called to check on us today to see how we were doing since we had a lot of issues with the latest Dolphin update. He also was immediately able to help us with an issue we were having with the scanners on the TermServer (something that I have been struggling with the last couple of weeks). I had called a few other times to MME and Dolphin to try to get the issue resolved, but was not able to reach a resolution. It truly means so much to me that Nick took it upon himself to reach out and follow up. This is a huge relief to have our scanners working in the TermServer office! Nick is also very patient and knowledgeable. He has taught me a lot of things and has walked me through any step that I needed help with. I've learned a lot of IT stuff over the last few phone calls, so I just really wanted to share my experience with you and give Nick the recognition he deserves. Thank you so much for all that you do.

I heard about MME from a colleague. I met with Ray and discussed the scope of our project. It was a bit more complicated than the typical dental office set-up, but Ray and Mike were up for the challenge. Mike spent countless hours with various IT vendors to make a smooth transition. Their work is thoughtful and clean. We've been in our new location for a little over 3 months and I am happy to report we've had no IT issues. They take the extra steps to hide and conceal extra cables and wiring. Our team also wants to send a special shoutout to Nick. He helped throughout the install, but he was there the first few days when we opened and helped our team get adjusted to our new system. Thanks MME :)
