I have been with MNM transport for about two weeks. They have been awesome. Recruiting and payroll has been very efficient recruiting they and me out driving in about three hours on a load. Dispatch is great if you want to drive hard this is the company for you.

Cons 1. No access to fuel card app so you have no idea where to get fuel cheapest. I highly recommend using your own fuel card so you know what you’re spending on fuel. 2. Keep an eye out on your settlement and go through it multiple times to ensure stuff is correct. Had multiple issues where stuff wasn’t charged correctly and it will only get fixed after you bring it to their attention. 3. You will be paid per trip, but fuel will not always be deducted on a per trip basis. You will be charged for the fuel as they pay the bill so you could end up with multiple trips worth of fuel coming out of 1 trip.

If someone from this company calls you and says they need a driver, don't bother to come, because their shop and office didn't have a truck or trailer ready to go even after waiting for over a week. They were not straight about pay, stating they are taking $2,500 in escrow out of even company driver's paychecks. No one answered the phone even when loads were late including the owner.

I have been working for this company for a year all total. I can say they are great people and really do care about people. Pay is always on time and equipment is good. Dispatch is great with home time and plenty of miles.if there is any problem with a shipper or receiver they handle it asap ,I’ve been driving for 32 years total and can honestly say these folks are the best company I have work for. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed 😬

I have worked for this company and I can say that if you know how to professionally operate a truck and plan your routes you will be successful here. I have never had a problem with getting paid. If there was an error in payroll it was fixed within 10 minutes of me letting Alan know about it. When you receive your dispatch info if you know what you are doing you will never be bothered by anyone. Just pick up and deliver. If you have any problems just let them know and they will handle the problem. You wont have to run here and call there to fix anything. They will make this the easiest job you will ever have. I can go on and on about this company. Cut to the chase. If you are a good driver and can run 3000 plus a week. You will do great here. Trucks are all 2018 and newer. You get to keep the same trailer so you dont have to fix other drivers problems they created. Anyway as I said I got every penny they owed me. My escrow was refunded just like they told me. I left because I had to be In The hospital and I needed extended time off. And when my current situation is complete I will call Dario and ask him to see if the owner AZ will let me come back home. Because that is how I felt working there. If you have any thing to ask me that I have not said here please ask me.
