Most of the drivers are very nice. It's the dispatchers that do not have a clue how to schedule trips. My pick up time is 5:30pm and three days out of the week I don't get picked up until 6:00 or later after being at work all day! Please do better.

This company will show up before your schedule pickup time and leave before your schedule pickup time I do not recommend this company for your transportation needs.

People give these guys catch a lot of abuse Drivers and the ladies that answer for SSTransit. The lady from SS that helped me was great. The problem comes from the booking crew which is totally separate from SS. I went on to read the reviews all good but the last 2 I'm going to assume . If so what they were former employees who had to taked a parting shot. Wow that's class right there

I have been using S&S Transit for awhile and I have been nothing but happy with this company. The drivers are excellent and the dispatch service is the best. If there's a problem they work to and make sure it is fixed as fast as possible. I'm extremely glad that I have them doing my transfers. Thanks S&S keep up the excellent work. I appreciate everything you do for me. The drivers are all the highlight of this company especially Andy, Jerome, Alvin, Jeff, Darnell,. Gary, Jeania,Tera,Amanda one and two, Jordan, Mr. Carpenter,and so many other you make my day. Thank You with all my heart. I look forward to seeing you guys everyday..
