The Mobile Attic self storage service was wonderful. The last few days of a stressful move we realized we needed another 16’ storage unit asap. I called Mobile Attic and they worked their schedule to help us out and set up the delivery and pick up of a container that met our needs. Derrill, the delivery driver, was so kind and respectful. He stayed in touch with us so we knew when he would be there, was on time, helped us decide best location, and took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. I would strongly recommend this company for any mobile storage needs.

Excellent customer service! I made a mistake on the delivery site and Charles was SO professional and courteous. He had to return later to bring the unit to the proper location, and he did so with a smile, and did not show any animosity toward me for screwing up his deliveries for the day. Charles is the best. I love Mobile Attic. They made moving so easy. A pod is delivered and set up where you want it at your home. Just load it at your convenience. When done loading, they will move the pod to your new home where you have easy access to your things without having to drive back and forth to one of the boxed storage units. Besides the convenience, I found that the cost is somewhat less than a storage unit. After unloading, just give Mobile Attic a call and the pod will be picked up. I didn't have to be home for the delivery or the pickup. The staff I talked to when I called were friendly, informative, and ready to help with my moving needs. I highly recommend them.

This was a great company to work with. It was super convenient to have them deliver. Load it up and have it moved. I loaded it myself and frankly didn’t load it very well. But when they delivered it to our new address not a single thing had moved. All their staff were professional and responsive. I highly recommend.
