I have been calling Larry for his services for the past 10 years. He is professional, on time, and proficient in all of the work that he does. Every time I call him regardless of the scope of work he doesn't hesitate to come out help with the situation. He always completes every job in a timely manor and leaves the job site clean and tidy. Larry has been consistently on time, fair and does the best quality work in removal and set up of our mobile homes. He has handled everything necessary to pass each inspection and goes above and beyond to help! I am grateful that he is who he is and does what he does. I've been doing business with him for over 30 years and I couldn't ask for a better man with a better staff handling our jobs.

I found myself lucky to have been referred to Lang’s. They came out to my home in Santa Cruz and were great. When I had the money I called them to come and add piers to my mobile home. They also fixed my sink. I had David look at other things around the house and he said he would look further into those requests. We set up an appointment for the next Friday and I stayed home and they were a no show. They forgot and I spoke to his employee. Then I was ghosted. Many times I have called and no return calls. Even to just say my others request could not be done. But the extra piers are important. That he can do. So instead of 5 stars, this is how I viewed them before, just 2. Less then 5 but more then 0. Hope he learns more respect for future clients.

I literally just called and I got a grumpy lady cutting me off as I was trying to explain my needs of a contractor to come out and quote repairs. No matter how much I tried to get through my first sentence, the lady kept assuming I was calling for some other service and kept cutting me off. Then, I asked her to stop so I could actually finish explaining, to what she answered .. "it is Sunday morning... why don't you call back..." to what I tried to respond.. NEVER MIND , LET ME CALL SOMEONE ELSE WHO WOULD ACTUALLY APPRECIATE GETTING A JOB FROM ME... but could not complete that sentence either because she hanged up! Wow, I mean some people need to simply retire and move into a senior mobile home community instead of advertising services for one! LOL do not call these people. They are so rude.
