It was an overall terrible moving experience with this company. my moving experience with this company can be summed as 3 untrained and unprofessional dudes showed up at my doorstep, high of marijuana and smoking marijuana at my doorstep, who left half of the stuff unmoved, broke a door and a stair rail inside the house and just left without any follow up from their manager Here's what happened, We had to divide our moving process into two parts, the first part was before we sell our house and the second part was right afterwards!! For the first part, we were charged double what we were quoted for! Tony and Mitch ignored my calls and messages for over a week, I had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction and get the overcharged amount back! For the second part, we were originally scheduled for Monday 7/29 in the morning, then our move was rescheduled for the same day, but in the evening. The crew never made it Monday evening and we got rescheduled for Wednesday 7/31 in the evening! They never showed up either and we were rescheduled for Thursday 8/1 in the morning where the move finally happened! The first thing I noticed was one of the movers smoking marijuana at my doorstep! He literally had the blunt in his hand at my doorstep! That person happens to be the leader of the moving team! They also showed up with no shoe bags and refused to stop stepping on my carpet with their shoes on, despite repeatedly asking them! The moving crew had no plan whatsoever and ended up leaving my house with only half the stuff . I will have to reach out to another moving Company to get the rest of my stuff moved!! They showed up with virtually no equipment whatsoever, and subsequently failed to put both of my living room section inside the house! Instead they broke it into three pieces where they put two pieces inside and one piece was left outside in the garage! I don't have enough people or tools to carry it inside myself! They broke a piece of wood rails in my inside stairs as well as my bathroom door ( pictures attached) They gave zero apology and zero means for follow ups I have been trying to reach out to them since the move ( over 2 weeks now). I get no response other than “ I am currently on a meeting, Shawn will contact you soon”, and so far, Shawn had reached out once just to call me rude and to hung up the phone on me. I honestly don’t know what to do. I feel scammed!!

UPDATE: the operations manager did contact me and I filled out a claim form on all the items the movers broke. I was told in 6-7 days I would find out the result. It’s been 3 weeks and I have no update. Ive tried calling Shawn the operations manager and I can’t get ahold of him. Nor can I get ahold of anyone else at this company. What a joke! This company needs to give me the money from the items the movers broke.. so frustrating! Do not use this company!! The process of moving with them was a nightmare. I have a bed frame that has storages draws and it needs to be taken apart and put back together. Tony did not tell the movers this so they did not have the tools to disassemble the bed frame. They tried moving it out all put together and they ruined it and could not get it into my apartment. They broke a bunch of my personal items. They treated my items like garbage! Now I have to go buy a new microwave and bed frame. Im currently trying to get ahold of the company to see what they can do but so far no luck. If I could give zero stars I would.

Do Not Work With this Company ----------------- I used this company for moving in June. First, they try to be friendly and do everything fast for you. The crew was late, and the reason was they had a mechanical issue with the car. I was late for the planned moving time for my new place, which put me under a lot of stress. During the quote, I mentioned I needed a mattress cover and asked for that twice, but on the moving day, there was no mattress cover, and the response from the moving crew was that we forgot. Then, during moving, one of the crew members broke my $1,100 coffee table leg. After that, for the last two months, I have been sending them emails every day, usually with no response. They are not asking you if you want any kind of insurance. The quote they sent me regarding your rights and responsibilities was not working. I tried reaching out to this company's support a couple of times, and it seems like a one-man shop. Tony is the only person working in this company, and he will refer you to their claim person, Mitch. Good luck reaching out to him. Again, Do not use this company; they are trying not to pay me for my broken coffee table, bad support, and bad service. Their quote is lowball, so you use their service, and then they will charge you higher.

Terrible moving experience. The two men called and told me they would be at my apartment in 30 minutes. An hour later they show up and told me to leave and meet at my new apartment. A long time passed without the movers showing up and I went back where I found them standing around. I also instructed to them that the couch wont fit in the elevator and it had to go down the stairs and to not spend time trying to fit it. They proceeded to waste time to fit the couch in the elevator. They arrived at my new apartment and told me that they charge by the hour additionally until they get back to the shop but couldn’t tell me how long it was going to take them to get back or the address where the shop was. I requested a call back to express my concerns regarding my experiences and the extra large charge on my credit card, and have not received a call back. I have emailed and called multiple times but haven’t heard back. I felt very taken advantage of. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My move was very complicated. This company jumped through hoops and went the extra mile to make sure that my things were moved safely and on time. Great company, and I definitely recommend it. That being said, I was very unimpressed with the first team of guys that they sent. On top of acting like they didn't want to work and we're upset to be there, they also gave me false information on how my move would go and how it would drastically change my estimate before even doing a walkthrough, causing confusion between me and their management team. All of that just adds stress to an already stressful day, and I ended up rescheduling for another time for multiple reasons. The second team they sent was top-notch! Polite, professional, cheerful, and great workers. They knew exactly what they were doing and moved quickly. I don't know their names, but they're a prime example of how any employee of any company should be. I
