Bottom feeding load shovelers. My company has saved there behinds more times then I can count on a specific Niagara Water account and the thanks we get is several short pays for lumper receipts. First of all they pay lumper’s direct , second is it’s completely illegal to charge drivers or carrier’s lumper fees. They have no professional communication in house and are completely un-knowledgeable when it comes to trucking logistics. They’re trying to short pay the loads and run around the law. Well I’ve had enough. I’m filing a complaint with the FMCSA and requesting an open investigation on this brokerage. We’re also currently contacting all shipping facilities to confirm they have payed the lumper fees to Molo and so far everyone we’ve reached to this point says they have. Stay away from this garbage company.

This is another shady brokerage. I did a load for them, Pickup and delivery on time. They stole $150 off the rate con. claiming i didn't track the load. Do not deal with this brokerage and they have lawsuits against them. More shady Chicago trucking companies.

We've been working with MoLo Solutions ever since they have been acquired by ArcBest. Our reps - Kyle and Drew - are simply the best! It's a blessing to work in such a stressful industry knowing your broker is actually a Human with a capital letter. Keep it up, guys!

I had an issue with getting a revised rate con with added detention. Ignored by broker agent and treated rudely by people I spoke with on the phone. I came to the reviews to see if other people had issues. I noticed a response to the people with issues from a person at MoLo. This person gave an email and number to contact them to see if they could help with the issue. I emailed them and explained my situation and in less than 12 hours my issue was resolved. That was excellent and much appreciated. I highly recommend reaching out to this person if you are having issues of any kind. You will find their contact info in the responses to people with issues. And they really do respond. Thank you Haley for your assistance

Had issues with product at receiver rejected because they did not order. Trying to deal with this brokerage is extremely difficult. First, most phone reps speak broken English at best. They do not listen to what you say and only repeat back stock answers. Second, trying to find out the disposition of the rejected product was, again, extremely difficult. No one calls back, the answer by text is a stock answer. 24 hours now with no word. Not fair, not right.
