This business was SHADY. Called for am emergency assistance/tow in the city of Boulder but they were not at all familiar with the city. It seemed like this went to a general number that was going to try and farm my business out. I don't think Molly's in Boulder even really exists. I asked the guy on the phone repeatedly if they were located in Boulder and he always skirted the question. Eventually I just hung up on him and called another company; something was just off here.

Use anyone else! Terrible customer service, arrived 2 hours after said they would. We would have gone with another company if we'd known it would be that long. My son was stranded after dark in the mountains because of Molly Motion. We were on and off hold for 25 minutes just to arrange the tow. I suspect this is just a dispatch service without its own trucks. They took no responsibility for the delay.
