DISCRIMINATION At IT'S BEST Southern accent and speech impediment Im a BCO and. BCOs Please READ......JQL "Harold"and "Charles" doesn't want updates and bc of disabilities of how I sound on the phone from something that happened when I was young they think its funny and doesn't want me call them on anything for a month now well that's 3 drivers that won't be pulling ur loads now but we can't help how we talk or sound on the phone it is what it is hope others take this into consideration if they go to book a load with them better not have hearing problems or a speech problem or ull do one and done and it's hard enough in life with problems much less have to deal with it just bc someone wants to be disrespectful about it and wants to act like they in high school again. Ps Charles is the manager witch took 24 hours to figure out bc Harold wouldn't come off their names

If I could give no star I would. First off this is a Landstar Agent & I'm a Landstar BCO. I was treated disrespectfully upon my delivery in Union City GA. Dropped my trailer, told me empties were available, nothing there. Called back nothing but voice mail.Agent hasn't called me back,has been 4 day's. Still no trailer. If you're a BCO be forewarned! Agency code is JQL!

Joseph pommerenk Charged me $100 for not accepting macro point, but he wrote down the number wrong the whole time. So now I’m being charged? What’s funny is we picked up and delivered with no issues…. And he calls at 4pm of delivery date to check on his load. What kinda of operation they have going on here? my company will not be using them again.
