Broke my 75’ tv and did not accept that that damaged were their fault & replace it. Damaged my couche(s) and the crew took forever to arrive and complete the job. 10/10 do not recommend.

If I could give more stars I would! After reading so many reviews from other movers that read like horror stories and worst nightmares ever, I was up front with my concerns and that I was hesitant about hiring a mover for the first time. Matt came out and looked over all we had to move, talked with me about my concerns and sent an estimate. After my husband and I talked we hired Mona Lisa Moving Co and are so glad we did! Arrived on time. The guys got right to work and had our house on the truck within a few hours! I was stunned! When we got to the other place they would check with me for where everything went as they came in the door. No long breaks, no meanness, friendly, kind, I felt safe when my husband had to head out and it was just me and the kids. For first time hiring movers, it was the most wonderful experience! Thank you so much Mona Lisa Moving!!!!

Matt and his crew are incredibly efficient. They showed up on time and packed us in and out quickly and effectively. Not a thing was lost or damaged. Matt is professional and kind and has an unmatched attention. Highly recommend.

I am a real estate broker in McKinney and have watched a lot of moving companies as they have dealt with my clients. This company is by far the best that I have ever seen. The owner's name is Matt and he is an amazing young man that knows what he is doing and does it well. His quote was right on the money and he and his crew did a spectacular job moving my sister in law this past week. They were fast but very careful and delivered all of her household goods with no damage (not even a scratch). They unloaded everything and put things where they were told to put them as opposed to just taking it in the house and putting it down. They were all very polite and very professional. I will refer them to all of my clients in the future as I was blown away with them personally and the job they did professionally. Great job Mona Lisa!!!
