They are very friendly while loading, customer service after loaded was non existent. Could never reach anyone. Took almost 3 weeks to get my items. Three of my boxes in the truck were NOT stickered and they had to ask me if they were mine. Two boxes had wrong color sticker, I gave them back to them. About $400 in broken items and now that I’m unboxed I discover my crockpot is not here, so whoever gets my kitchen box - MERRY CHRISTMAS! It’s a stir one and it’s great for chili! Hopefully it’s got some other cool things for you! Included a photo of my first box unloaded from the truck and a couple more.

DO NOT TRUST YOUR MOVE WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT! They would not take my calls. Delivered my damaged things 2 weeks AFTER I moved in even though they picked up my things a month in advance! Continued to up charge me from a $3400 quote to 10K!! I even have items that are missing! Do not use them

Several lost large furniture items, other furniture was damaged. Still trying to get them to pay for a claim after 2 weeks. Never answer their phone, and rarely respond to emails. Was assigned them through a broker who purposely way underestimated to give me a “too good to be true quote”, beware of brokers. Monarch movers were friendly and professional. Put stuff in storage and delivered timely. My only complain was the damaged and lost items were never paid for. I tried submitting a claim several times but they continue to ghost me. I paid a a ton of money for them to move, store, and deliver, but they lost the most expensive furniture piece 😭😡. Life lesson: pay for help to load and unload, then drive the moving truck yourself (or find a friend). You’ll save thousands of dollars, have your stuff when you need it, and have less damaged and lost things. Learn from my mistakes. Avoid brokers and full service moving companies.

I used Monarch Van Lines in June of 2020 to move across several states. While the movers themselves were courteous and kind, I did not have a satisfactory experience. The movers did a great job of safely packing my furniture and loading it in the van at the origin site. Upon arrival however, they did not bring my TV nor a large painting they had packed. In calling their central office, there was very little helped provided in trying to locate the items. The customer service agent did not seem concerned with helping find or replace my things. Additionally, when my things were dropped off at my new home, they attempted to drop off two boxes/bags that did not belong to me. In general, these instances make me think that they regularly misplace their customers' items. The price of this moving company was great, especially as compared to other moving companies. However, I would not use them again due to the poor service I received.

Monarch did a fantastic job on our recent move! We had multiple pickups and set ups and they did it all very seamlessly and efficiently. They were thoughtful and meticulous with the assembly and placement of all the furniture. I can say without question they are the best movers we have used. I highly recommend them!
