I worked for this company for just under 4 years before moving on to start my own business. If I had to work for a trucking company as an employee, I would go back to them in a heartbeat. Knowledgeable, patient, professional are just a few adjectives I could describe. They care about their employees and what is going on in their lives as well. They gave me a shot with little experience and allowed me to grow. When I do have employees of my own I'm taking some of the things they did and adding that to how I treat my employees. Plus the staff here are on point and knowledgeable. It really is a family here. I still go there when I have questions and they do their best to answer them. And they seem to be known across the country by other drivers from different companies who have dealt business with and has spoken highly of this company.
