I showed up today 09/20 at 5:28 PM to talk to the office about accessing my unit. No one answered the door. I saw that they close at 5:30. I accessed the building but wasn’t sure where my unit was so I went to the office to see if they were still employees available. Two women in the office sat in the dark room and waved me away saying they were closed. I continue to knock on the door as I thought I had a simple question and would appreciate the courtesy of being spoken to as a person. They proceeded to ignore me and escaped out the front door. I went to the parking lot to tell them that I had a question about where my unit was. They seemed irritated and angry and told me that they’re closed and I’d have to call corporate. I am new the area and this was by far the worst interaction with locals I’ve had. Some simple customer service goes along way. If I have to continue to rent at this location, I’m gonna have to interact with the staff, which is now a tarnished relationship.

The staff at this location is extremely friendly knowledgeable and very charismatic. Easy to work with. Not once did I feel rushed I pushed along the process. While both ladies at the desk were super sweet I had recently in the past spoken with Erin and then once again just recently rented out a storage unit from Erin, she is absolutely great would highly recommend this location to store any of your personal goods. I wish I caught the name of the other lady because I too would give her a shout out as well super sweet lady very charismatic and very eager to help. Thank you Mooov In

Moove In Self storage was wonderful to work with! They responded quickly to emails and calls, and helped us get into our unit just in time for our needs! Facility is easy to access, and clean! Thank you Moove In Self Storage!

I fell into financial hardship when i injured myself at work. The new property manager Erin Buckwalter was FULL of compassion, and had different and affordable options for me to bring my account to good standing and save my unit from auction! As if that was not enough help, every call and e-mail i made to her was answered quickly if not right away! Erin has impeccable customer service and such a kind heart! One more mention to the amazing staff at Moove In Self Storage, the property is always spotless and they are always looking to lend a helping hand! 10 out of 10 love storing my personal belongings here and would 110% recommend!
