Our first Moovers experience this past weekend was phenomenal. We have had some very poor experiences with other moving companies in the past so we didn't know what to expect. Julie couldn't have been more helpful on the phone facilitating everything leading up to move-in day and her quote was spot-on. The crew we had moving us was phenomenal. Josh, Damion and Javion were polite, courteous and on task from the moment they showed up. They worked hard with great attitudes the whole day. I will be recommending Moovers to anyone I can going forward.

This company sent 3 men to my house who didn't even know each other's names and had never worked together. They took a break to smoke weed by driveway within 45 minutes of showing up. They left half my things behind. They broke and scratched my brand new bedroom dressers. The office had the nerve to charge my credit card after I stopped payment on their check for more $$$ than the check. They've not yet, as of today 9-20-2023, sent me any insurance department claims forms which Julie and Angela (in their Kansas City office) said they would email me on August 8, 2023. They haven't returned phone calls. I would not recommend this company to move anything! The photos show things that were moved sofa but cushions left behind, table leaf same thing, it was left behind. Broken stained glass antique lanterns... New dresser with broken handles and scratched. All of these plus many more photos were sent to this company BEFORE the moving day ended even though I was fresh out of heart procedure at Mayo Clinic. Again the Moovers company was told I was I'll and needed professionals...

We scheduled a move with Moovers due to the price. They were much cheaper in terms of the quote than anyone else I called. I was surprised and happy to find out the professionals that were sent to do our move were excellent! All were nice, efficient and clean. They made the move look easy. True professionals! If you have a move coming up, book this company!!!

No communication. We were told the day before our move the movers would arrive between 8:00 and 8:45am. No one showed and no call. I finally contacted them at around 8:45 and was told we had a window of 7:00 to 11:00, and movers were running late because they hadn’t completed the prior day’s move. Contacted them again around 10:45 and was told it would be ‘after lunch’. Never did anyone contact me, I had to contact them every time. I finally fired them, and we had to make the move on our own. I asked for my deposit back and was told I’d have to wait until the following Monday when accounting was back in the office. I waited a week, and still no credit processed. Emailed again, and received no response. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
