we were scheduled to move from Essex to spring grove pa there was a walk through the house and yard before to get a verbal quote- we were told 1 price 2500.00 and the price of course changed to higher amount of 3000.00 . we agreed to still use mosby movers to move our stuff . the day the crew showed up with a 26ft U-Haul truck for a 6 bedroom 2 bathroom full basement, garage and 1/4 acre yard furniture to move. They refused to take 65 percent of our stuff and refused to take riding mower, snow blower, left many larger items in house they only made 1 trip they broke numerous items, this service had been planned weeks ahead of our date to move. I'm very disappointed in the outcome of this move!!!! not to mention all of the broken items and damaged furniture I have to replace. We had to rent another U-Haul and continue to move the remaining of the furniture and lawn equipment our selves to meet the deadline we were under. 3 additional u haul trips were needed and a 20ft enclosed trailer with 2 pick up trucks, mini van and car packed to the top- our move was not a 15 minute ride. we were moving from Maryland to Pennsylvania it was 1hr 30 min drive. I was told the balance due for 1 U-Haul truck that they moved was 3170.00 gave a credit card and was charged over this amount they charged 3370.00. needless to say i have now disputed this charge on my card. i do not agree to pay full price for something that was not completed as we had agreed. this move has now cost me triple the amount in fuel, mileage, rental of another truck and cost of damaged furniture. this company is not very professional or keep to their word on taking furniture apart wrapping it and moving it with care .they showed up at my new address and only unloaded furniture never put beds back together ( beds never even made it upstairs they said it would not fit) those beds are now upstairs and in the correct rooms they did not want to take the time to do the job correctly. they did not place furniture in proper area after being told. When the crew was completed a credit card was given and as they drove down my driveway they threw their burger king cups and trash on the ground for me to pick up!!!!! very very disappointed in this company . i still have not received any paperwork for final payment from them what a horrible experience - use caution when choosing who you are using to move all your items you have worked hard to have in your home.

They were so fast, early & got the job done with no complaints. I would recommend them to anyone & i will also be using them again. They all are very friendly & will tell you whatever needs to move, they will move it.

I booked a move in November for January. Mosby kept in contact with me with all changes with no issues. They were so professional. When it came to moving day, they were early and ready to work. Shay and his crew were amazing. Proficient, fast, and helpful. I had an additional stop which they handled smoothly as well. I couldn't have asked for better. I will be using them for every move I can.

Listen Baltimore , Owings. Columbia etc … if you are looking for movers that are fast , prompt and still deliver with care. Call Mosby . Today is the 1/31/24 I needed immediate service today I call at 7 45 am . He sent his guys at 1 am they loaded at and off loaded by 1 pm plus assembly you cannot beat that further more some of my furniture. Attention to detail. No broken tv or mirror or dishes . Very accurate these gentlemen. Once more thank you great service . Try and let me know below
