We blew a tire in our RV on I-71 in Campbellsburg, KY. We reached out to the North East location and the "boss" (sorry I didn't catch his name) was super friendly and helpful and knew exactly where we were. Josh showed up just 30 minutes later in his heavy duty tow truck and got us hooked up. Josh was friendly, easily approachable, and understood the importance of our home. He took the ride to the tire shop nice and slow and was extremely careful. Their pricing was fair, straight forward and I would highly recommend them.

Towed my car through my triple my control arm and axle broke is the reason why I had to get this tow in the first place the tow truck driver came and picked up my car he acted like he was irritated from the jump , My car did not look like this when I left. When it got fire stone on East Broadway, the mechanic instantly sent me this picture and said when he put it down, this is what it looks like so I sent him the pictures and everything. They stated that I signed a damage form or whatever the case may be and that they can’t do anything about my car. He was very unprofessional. He didn’t help. He messed up my car. As you can see in the last photo is what the problem was on my car you can see my bumper was not off like that at all. A little piece was sticking out . I will be contacting my lawyer. And I have proof and witnesses that were with me.

We broke down this afternoon in our RV and AAA sent us the BEST DRIVER AND NICEST GUY!!! Had no idea where we were gonna get our belt replaced or who would look at it, as we were calling around on one cell phone our driver called me to find out where I was and how long before he got to me (15 mins away) wow! Then asked me questions about what was wrong said he'd see me in a few. Called back said he was gonna be a little longer because he had been calling locals he know could fix our RV, but needed some engine info. Said he'd been there in 20mins and was there in 15! With someone to take it too! 🙏💕 SO, SO NICE! Went ABOVE AND BEYOND in his Gorgeous (Top of the Line) B.A. Truck!!! Cannot recommend ENOUGH ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 Stars). Thanks for saving our Mardi Gras Josh!! 💚💛💜

During the process of recovering our semi truck from a ditch, the recovery company unintentionally caused damage to our trailer. Specifically, they applied excessive pressure while wrapping it with a strap, resulting in the trailer being crushed. Despite this, they still invoiced us $10,000 for their services. To address the situation, I conducted research by accessing their insurance information via the FMCSA database. Subsequently, I filed a claim with their insurance provider, and they acknowledged the damage and covered the costs. It was disappointing to witness such a lack of professionalism and expertise on the part of the recovery company when it came to executing the recovery process.

0ne day ago. AAA service. Flat tire on 71 south to Louisville, just north of Watterson. Waited over two hours. Even had driver take notes. Could not find me. Driver wouldn’t answer my calls. Called Mosby. Their response was we’re not doing this anymore. How hard is it to find 71 south? Felt like I was dealing with idiots. I was in emergency lane and could see Watterson exit. Very rude people and apparently don’t know Louisville. You can’t find an interstate. AAA then called Express Towing. Arrived in 10 minutes. If I could give no stars I would! I notice Mosby’s doesn’t respond to a review when they have no excuses. You need a quality control manager. And you need someone to answer the phone who has some modicum of courtesy. Hey Mosby, your silence speaks volumes. Eventually this review will be replaced by 20 more, which they hope will receive 4/5. But, there will be more one star just like the several below. Geeze. What a company!
