I have moved 4 times now and always had problems, this company hands down was the best ,they were on time and ready to move us ,Santa fe best in my opinion!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE OR ANY OTHER BUSINESSES THESE PEOPLE HAVE. They are dishonest, dodgy, and rude. They have horrible record keeping systems. They lost my card number to charge for the unit. NEVER CONTACTED ME ABOUT THIS (but chose to contact a family member who has a completely separate unit/agreement- the people just happened to know we are related). Then later threatened to get rid of everything. I want to make it VERY clear to anyone reading this: I gave them my card number AND ADDRESS for bills/invoices months ago (about 3). Not once have I gotten a bill, charge, or other ways of payment. I was not contacted at all about missed payments or to update any information until this morning!! And I was told by someone not even involved with the unit or company!! Don't waste your time or money with these people. Not to mention they brought up finances and rental agreement information to someone not involved with the unit (family or not this is unacceptable). Their business practices are shady on a good day and deplorably dishonest on an average day. I doubt they even have good days.

The guys that came to do the move we're very courteous and helpful. They did a great job of moving our stuff. We did have a scheduling issue though, we weren't scheduled after we had agreed to a specific time and date. Probably a one time thing, but ask for confirmation that the appointment has been made if you use this company. Also, and this is probably to be expected, if your moving outside of Santa Fe, they charge for travel time as well. It was not included in our estimate, so add on the travel time to the time they quote you. Overall, now that I know what to expect, I might try to find another service, but I wouldn't search too hard. This business was ok, and reasonably priced for Santa Fe.

Dishonest and dodgy. They damaged several items and lost bed rails for our king bed. Not only did they not replace the rails but they dodged phone calls and emails and refused to take responsibility. Paula, the proprietor, is especially slimy--I would not trust her word on anything. Best of luck if you use this company.
