James and his helpers are truly wonderful. We had a family tragedy and needed help with a short-notice move. James answered the phone on a Sunday, listened patiently to our needs, and showed up promptly with two of the most polite helpers ever. These guys work hard, treat your treasures with respect, and have a positive attitude. They even patiently took the handles off our refrigerator to more easily fit it through the door. These small things add up to EXCELLENT service. You’d be crazy not to hire them for your next move - Mov-N-U is the best in town!

James and his crew are just FANTASTIC! He has been helping my mother move (both locally and across the state), and we agree that these are the best movers we have ever had. James brought Eric and another kind young man (whose name I forgot) to help. They were SO quiet and careful when moving. They were also very kind and respectful. James has been so very kind, friendly, and accommodating with my mom--I just cannot say enough! We recommend Mov-N-U and James with MORE than 5 stars!

Mr. James and his crew are amazing! They did everything so fast and without damage! I felt so relieved as they got everything done. Very professional, efficient, and careful when it comes to the work they did! My home felt so cluttered with boxes and furniture that it was overwhelming but they cleared it with no problem!

The experience I had with Mov-N-U was mixed. Mov-N-U helped me move from one moving truck to another after my original moving truck broke down. The people I worked with were very kind, energetic, and friendly. They worked hard and quickly to help move all of my boxes and furniture from the broken down truck to the new truck. However, the main issue I had with the process is that it seemed like in order to get done quickly, the moving crew rushed the process along quite a bit. In other words, instead of being efficient, they were rushed. As I was unloading the truck, I noticed multiple pieces of furniture had new gashes and large chunks of paint chipped off. Multiple lamp shades had new damage to them and one lamp had several new cracks in it that were not present before. Multiple boxes were crushed that had not been crushed before due to overstacking and inappropriate stacking of boxes. Protective coverings and cushioning that I had used to protect my furniture/lamps/etc. were no longer protecting these objects. None of this was present/had happened when I packed the original truck. While I would like to give the company 5/5 stars given the kindness and friendliness of the movers, I am unable to due to the state of a lot of my furniture, etc. after the move.
