great customer service and quality produce local from around the bay. Been a customer for years now and tried all the other purveyors and Cooks is the only one who has been able to keep my business. Ric, the owner cares about his customers and when there is any problem, he is the one texting me directly.....thats just not found anymore. Now he has brought on his son to take over and seems to be doing a bang up job filling his dads shoes. Thanks for all the great produce and my customers thank you for all the great food I make out of it. CHEERS COOK'S TEAM!!

I rely everyday on the team at Cook's to deliver me the best products from around the bay area so I can do what I do and create amazing food. They work hard and consistently meet my high standards. Drivers are friendly and always on time. Their prices are well below everyone else in this business and the product is of the same quality and exact same farms as the "high end"(expensive) purveyors. There will always be an issue here and there, but Cook's handles those situations with with class...They replace or fix any product issues very quickly and with a smile....and did i say very quickly? I definitely cant say that about the other guys who have left me hanging cuz they dont want to send out another delivery to replace product. Sometimes I just need a small order and They have no order min, so if I need just a pound of basil, they will deliver it to me with no added charges. AND, if you forgot something on your order, they have a 2nd delivery later in the day for added convenience and the charge for that is less than a latte. Thank you for all you do and happy to be a loyal customer. Lets get your star average closer to 5 stars cuz thats where it belongs! YOYO!!

Been a cooks company customer for over 4 years now at my restaurant, That's My Jam in san francisco. I am a very picky chef and they continue to put up with me and treat me very well. I have used many other produce purveyors, including Greenleaf, and Cooks gets essentially the exact same products from the same local farms but charges significantly less markup than the others and gives me great customer service. Just like with the others, sometimes you get product you reject, but they ALWAYS swap it out right away or credit me without question.... even if im being overly picky. Ive even had them send me new product and credit me. In my experience, their customer service is excellent, and so are their products. Their drivers are always kind, happy and consistently on time for my early AM deliveries and very flexible as well..... some days I get early deliveries and other days I get later deliveries and they never have an issue accommodating to my needs. I hope they know I appreciate them and I'm a satisfied customer. Thanks Cooks team!

Worst drivers ever. Truck with non working break light. Swerving in and out of traffic while cutting people off without signal. Whoever drove this truck this am needs to take a driving class. He is definitely a risk.
