Jennifer was THE best in contacting me quickly after I requested an estimate, making me feel comfortable with the process of scheduling my move and completing a virtual assessment of everything I needed moved. She was patient and great with communication, keeping me updated and answering my questions. Her work with me made it easy to choose Move4Less for my move. Alberto and his team were one of the best moving teams I’ve worked with. In the last 20 years, I’ve moved about every 4 years for work. My items were packed, moved and unloaded VERY efficiently in 4-5 hours. Alberto and his team asked me questions throughout the move to make sure items were placed where I wanted them. They were kind and friendly during a potentially stressful process. None of the walls of my newly built house were dinged. None of my items were broken or damaged. Lastly, the cost of the move was very reasonable. Would recommend 10/10 and hire for any future moves.

I actually liked how the company communicated through conversations over the phone, listened to my concerns and when the contract was sent over, it was everything I was looking for. The three gentleman that showed up to move seemed very professional although you could tell one of them was being trained, they still did a good job. The reason I removed stars was because there was poor communication between what I wanted, what was on the contract to what was actually provided. I asked for wardrobe boxes and I was provided with four wardrobe boxes however instead of having a hanging bar in the wardrobe boxes, I’m afraid that the movers just folded up my hanging clothes and placed them in the wardrobe box. Definitely not what a wardrobe box was designed to do. Paid extra for wardrobe boxes and wasn’t provided as described, now I have just some big boxes without a bar on top to utilize in my storage area. Waste of money.

The foreman and crew were wonderful. They treated the property like their own. The leadership skills of the foreman was excellent and he treated the crew with professionalism. They made what was a very difficult move into a smooth routine that in itself was worth a lot. They represented the company in a very good light. Thank you!

Ezekiel and his crew arrived on time and with everything to pack our substantial household goods up. They were extremely professional and took care while packing our goods. Excellent customer service when I called to make sure I could have Ezekiel and his crew tomorrow for our move. These guys rocked it out of the park. Considering we were moving from our house of 13 years, moving to a new home that is 300 square foot less, the rooms are tight, this moving team Rocked! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO OUR FRIENDS AND ANYONE WHO IS MOVING PLEASE GET EZEKIEL AND HIS TEAM!!🥰
