What a great place. Everyone was brilliantly kind. Even the muscle were polite and cool. Edward assisted us and made me feel like a long list brother. Don't do delivery orders with Purple Lotus. They absolutely suck at it. They didn't process my delivery on the promised time showed. I called in, they told me they forgot which is fine. They tried to reprocess my delivery again, but it didn't process on the promised time showed (again). I called in (again), they told me they forgot (again). I get my order 5 hours after my actual delivery time. I asked for compensation, but apparently they can't compensate for inconveniences like these or else "they lose money" Delivery guy showed up, he apologized for what happened, and was overall a nice dude. He claimed it was "super busy" but I'm pretty sure it's just a couple of dudes inside purple lotus not taking their jobs seriously. I don't usually write reviews but I want to emphasize how much of a complete joke this place is. Don't buy. There are plenty of other dispensaries out there (especially near purple lotus) with better customer service, and they actually compensate for their mistakes.

The best Dispensary in San Jose and maybe the whole Bay Area. Big parking lot with lots of parking space. Easy to navigate and fast entry. They have best customer service, very nice and helpful. They are always having events and bbqs for patients to show appreciation. Great deals for everybody. Been coming here for 12 plus years and still coming faithfully for their wide variety of high quality products. Deliveries are always fast and convenient. All in all, if your looking for great service and quality this is your place for sure đź’Ż.

I went in for the first time today while looking for a nearby dispensary, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of Purple Lotus. The location was crisp and clean, and working with miss Melissa made the experience smooth and easy. You can tell the staff are well trained, and the amount of options these guys have are insane. They treat you very well for your first time too!
