I don't leave reviews often but credit is due when it is due. I cannot recommend Move Indy enough! We were so nervous about getting all of our items to fit in our U-Haul but Jordan, Chris, Ty and were outstanding. They were so fast and efficient and there was not a scratch left on our walls or damage to our items. We did the packing ourselves but they had our entire house loaded up in two hours flat. Jordan was a great lead and very communicative. The booking process was thorough and easy and I felt very reasonably priced. I loved having the option to have them stay longer if needed. They provided all of the wrapping too which was so helpful in keeping things compact. Additionally, Ashley cleaned our house afterwards and since we were moving out she sent us pictures. They looked amazing I was shocked how much she accomplished in two hours. Our realtor came by later and said the house looked and smelled great! What a blessing it was to stumble upon this company. I wish more companies had customer service to the level of theirs! I will be passing along their info to any of my friends or family that need help with a move.

I would give them negative stars if I could. Paid A LOT of money and most of my belongs were damaged. Paid for an extra person to help us pack thinking that the packing would look like their pictures. Wrong! They simply threw my things in boxes, no bubble wrap, no padding. Pictured: Minor damage to a $1000 TV stand. The other picture is how they packed my boxes. Every single box they packed was like this and a lot of them were busting open when they arrived. I had a lot of antiques that are irreplaceable. We had a home built.They put a hole in my wall and scuffed several other walls. An employee smoking pot in my drive way. The pictures on the website are very deceiving. None of my things were packed with that much care. As a single parent living on a teacher's salary, $6000+ isn't pocket change and I expect a lot better than what I got for that amount of money.

move Indy damaged two pieces of my floor. I am a very understanding person and they told me it would be fixed. I waited two days and no one reached out to me. I texted move Indy and they told me they would have someone come out on Thursday. The man came out and told me one piece needed completely replaced. I asked him if we could replace all 3 pieces so it would match. He said that was fine. Two days went by and once again no one reached out to me. I texted move Indy and they told me they would come out on Monday. 30 minutes before my appointment on Monday I got a call from move Indy claiming there was an emergency and they needed to reschedule. I told them that was fine. They came the next day and told me the piece they ordered was too light and had to order another piece. Then he went into the hallway and used wax on the pieces he told me he was going to replace? My husband asked what he was doing? He said he wanted to try that first before “ripping up our floors”. The wax obviously didn’t work and was too light for our floors. He told me he would have to come back AGAIN to fix it. I called move Indy immediately and asked to speak to Caleb (the owner) because I have missed 2 days of work and my floors still aren’t fixed. I’ve yet to hear back from move Indy. Do NOT book with them!!!!

Move Indy was the best choice of a moving company we could have made. From the very 1st phone call to them right thru to the moving day, everyone is very courteous and helpful. The ease of getting an estimate and all of the little things you yourself may not even think of is covered in your discussions with them. But it doesn't stop there, the young men that showed up on moving day, [on time] were very courteous, hard working men that made this move look like a very carefully orchestrated ballet. They were respectful of all our belongings and would talk and kid with you. We give this whole company an AA+++++. We would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to any and everyone. THANK YOU MOVE INDY!!!!!!
