I recently had some furniture and decorations delivered from Koala Living, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The delivery was on time and flawless, with no problems or mistakes. The delivery guys were kind, professional, and handled everything with great care. They took the time to ensure that each piece was placed exactly where I wanted it and made sure everything was in perfect condition before they left.

Terrible service Where to start : arrive 9:51 instead of the 8-9 window they provided. Almost dropped my fridge and washing maching to start with. Dropped my microwave. broken my daughter’s new bed in 2 places , scratched my walls in the old and new house, scratched all the movable stuff in between, dragged my queen mattress over the grass .. my couch and bed are muddy and dirty after the move .. rude staff started cursing and shouting even they manager on the phone was rude and swearing. They held my furniture hostage until i pay them in full ! we felt scammed and felt that this is more of a robbery than a move ... we were forced to pay then after paying the threw the fridge , washing mashing and drying in the living room and refused to put them in their places. Over charged me for +5 hours although i only had 2 bedrooms and 1 office ! i don't even have a dining table and the living has 1 couch and. 1 chair !!!! Horrible experience , the worse company i have dealt with in my entire life and i'm someone who moved stuff from NZ to AU before and this never happened with any other company, although this felt more like a robbery than a move. Beware of this scam .

Used Move My Stuff for the first time 6 months ago and they left a very good impression for me. I decided to use them again this time round and they delivered exceptionally good service throughout. The booking system was smooth, process was well delivered. I would strongly recommend anyone to use them for their reliability and professionalism. Move My Stuff also provided storage facility and it worked out so well for me as I had to close my business in a short span of time and they helped to organise to have my furniture and equipment in their storage place and offered to assist in any orders too. It was so lovely to work with them and will definitely choose them again.

They deliver and assembled my furniture with care. However we need to be there to oversee the whole things to make sure it not damage the hallway. Happy with the service. No drama.
