Did a below average job with the move. They were super unprepared, and didn’t have tools required for certain applications. I told them they would be taking off and hanging TV’s. Johnny who I spoke to on the phone agreed, then later walked it back. They only took off TV’s did not hang them back up. There were also supposed to provide proof of insurance which they didn’t. Lastly they damaged my fridge and have gone silent. Be careful with them they aren’t the least expensive option so I was expecting better service.

When the movers got to my apartment, he tried to pull into my parking garage instead of on the side. So their truck got bent and stuck in the entrance. Then he got out of the truck without parking and it went reversed, which led to the door nearly coming off. One of the movers went through my belongings especially one of the very private boxes. So, I informed them that wasn’t any of the items I instructed them to get for the move. I felt very violated. My bed was placed on the dirty ground, hallway, and elevator floor. Then one of the movers got hurt but his bleed got on my bed, unfortunately. My sofa was stepped on while they were trying to place things correctly on the truck. Most of my furniture and old and new apartments have damage to them. One of the movers wanted my guest and I to hold his phone and listen to his music he made while he moved my things. It wasn’t time for that because the information in his phone was easily accessible and to he’s there to promote for the job. I’m not saying the music wasn’t good but it wasn’t the time or place to promote himself. The personalities of both men were great but because they were close in age with me the professionalism was off. I still tipped because the job still got done even though I had damages to my property. I do want to add even though I was for time in this and I couldn’t force them to move fast; I didn’t even notice the time until I headed to the new apartment. I wish their personalities and work ethics matched the quality I paid for.

I used Move Precision in December 2023 to move me from a temporary living situation into my own place. The three movers arrived on time and were ready to work immediately. My belongings were well secured in the moving van I rented and unloaded quickly at the new location. This is my third time using Move Precision and I have been extremely pleased each and every time. Harold and his crew are amazing. I was so grateful to the movers for assisting in getting me out of my temporary situation that I gifted them individual Bundt cakes from Nothing Bundt and a nice tip! They were so thankful and I will definitely use them again.

They came in on time and did a fantastic job. They organize everything nice/tightly in the truck and very fast. I thought it would take them more time to put everything together, but to my surprise they finished before time. I'm so glad I contacted this company. The service is worth paying for.

I called Move Precision LLC on a holiday weekend as we needed a VERY last minute, same day move to get my grandma's stuff from Covington, LA to Pensacola, FL and these boys DELIVERED!!! Very professional company with great communication - making the entire moving process seamless. Harold accommodated my request for a larger truck to ensure we could fit everything. The boys on site arrived early and they were ready to work. While the team moved fast, they still treated all of my grandma's items with care and had no problems at all with moving the extra large furniture pieces.
