Nick Taylor, the Operations Manager, has been a source of significant frustration. I've been in communication with him regarding a contract renewal, especially after noticing a price increase. Despite my requests for more details, he seems reluctant to provide any information. Calls to his extension go unanswered, and he only responds via email, making the situation even more difficult. Dealing with Nick has been a nightmare. The company’s sales division, Lion's Den, has its own issues, hiring overseas reps to handle calls. It’s worth noting that if a sales rep initially speaks with a customer but doesn’t close the job, and someone else does, like the owner, that rep still earns a 12% commission. This can lead to misunderstandings and unfair charges. For future customers, be cautious when dealing with Nick Taylor. Ensure that all terms are clear, as my experience has shown that he’s unresponsive and difficult to reach. Despite numerous emails, I’ve yet to receive a callback, and my phone number seems to have been blocked. This level of service is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the company's customer care standards.

A Disastrous Experience with Move It Pro: Deceptive Practices and Incompetent Support My experience with Move It Pro has been nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, I was attracted by their offer of a two-month trial period. The promise seemed straightforward enough, and I was willing to give their online moving software a shot. However, it quickly became clear that their promises were nothing more than an empty sales pitch. As soon as I began using the software, I realized it wasn’t meeting my needs, so I decided to cancel before the trial period expired. That's where the real trouble began. I contacted their customer support, expecting a straightforward cancellation process. Instead, I was met with a baffling level of incompetence and indifference. The representatives I spoke with acted as if they had no record of my trial period or my request to cancel. They were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed entirely clueless about their own service. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, I was repeatedly given the runaround. It was clear that either Move It Pro has deeply flawed internal processes or they deliberately choose to mishandle cancellations to extract more money from their customers. In the end, not only did I feel deceived by their false advertising, but I also had to endure a frustrating and futile battle with their customer service team. This experience has left a sour taste, and I would strongly advise anyone considering Move It Pro to think twice. Their service is misleading, and their support is woefully inadequate. Save yourself the trouble and find a more transparent and customer-friendly option.

If you inquire about this software and their services, you will be harassed every day for months and months by emails, texts, and phone calls. At this point I’m surprised someone hasn’t showed up at my doorstep. They will call you from different phone numbers and use your same area code. They do not respect you when you ask them to stop calling. They make up excuses and continue to call. I would have been interested in their product had it not of been for the harassment. I worked in a call center so I understand trying to follow up on leads but again they don’t respect you when you ask them to stop and it’s way too much. This gives me major RED FLAGS like “We will screw you over after you sign a contract with us” vibes. I spoke to a “manager” in the beginning and I told them I did not want daily calls and I would reach out when we are ready to move forward and they assured me I wouldn’t get calls and yet for months and months the calls have been non stop. Clearly they do not stand by what they say. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I really enjoy Using Move it pro software. John, who assisted in my training was patient, thorough and made training user friendly to understand. John made the experience of learning a breeze and is the epitome of what "excellent" customer service is all about. Im not the easiest at learning but John broke it down which made it easy to understand.. thank you John, you are a amazing customer service representative.
