I have used Moving and More Moving Services 3x over the last 4 years and will continue to do so if I ever move again. Each time they have done an exceptional job. Mark & his team are professional, responsive, and efficient as well as being priced very reasonably compared to some of the corporate moving companies in the Seattle area. I appreciate that they don’t charge extra for weekends and the trucks are large enough that they could move all the contents of my house in one trip. Highly recommend for anyone needing movers!

I recently hired this moving company for an out-of-state move from Seattle, and my experience was profoundly disappointing, to say the least. Despite their high ratings and prompt response from Daniel, the service provided was far below expectations. Firstly, the movers took an excessive amount of time - 6.5 hours instead of the quoted 3 hours. I wont have any complaints if the job was done properly given it wasnt due to the complexity or volume of the task since we decided to move only high-value furniture and packed boxes ahead of time. They were extremely slow and even threatened to leave the job halfway. The incompetence of the movers was alarming. They arrived without any wrapping materials (saran wraps). They draped the furniture with blanksets Daniel asked me to provide. When I asked when arent they wrapping they said we will do it in truck. Despite this, they failed to wrap the furniture properly, resulting in numerous scratches and damage. Their loading was so inadequate that we had to leave behind may boxes and items, which was both frustrating and costly. They simply said we are movers and not packers which I found astonishing. Moreover, their lack of professionalism was shocking. They smoked cigarettes inside the moving truck, leaving behind cigarette butts, which is unacceptable and disrespectful. When I expressed my concerns to Daniel after reaching destination, his response was dismissive, stating he dislikes such moves, which contradicts his quick initial response and agreement to undertake the job. And disconnected the call and blocked the number. The most troubling aspect is the misleading reputation of the company. It's hard to reconcile their high ratings with the level of service we received, raising questions about the authenticity of their reviews. In conclusion, this was an bad experience which further compounded the stress of out of state move. The lack of professionalism, competence, and respect for customer property was astounding. I regret choosing this company and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for moving services. The attached photos bear testament to the shoddy job done, described by the movers at our destination as the worst packing they have ever seen, especially considering the high charges. Avoid this company to save yourself from a similar ordeal. Attached a few picture that shows how poorly things were packed.

I found these guys through U-Haul after my wife bought a large heavy cabinet on FaceBook that was too big and heavy for us to move. Not only did they move it down 3 flights of apartment stairs, but they managed to get their truck up my steep driveway that no other company has ever been able to navigate. Better yet, the seller of the cabinet gave me an update that said, “The two delightful young men have your cabinet in tow. Two thumbs up for their skill and effort and geniality.” I couldn’t agree more - these guys were pleasant, respectful and professional throughout the move. The owner responded very quickly when I requested the quote, so I was able to book them for the next morning. I’m really impressed with the entire experience and I will use Moving and More Moving Services again!

10/10 experience. The quoting process was easy, Mark was on top of scheduling and able to flex his calendar to meet our needs, and finally the movers day of were great. I'd recommend this company to anyone and will definitely use them for my next move.

They navigated my new apartment's narrow staircase with ease and were quick and friendly. If I ever need movers again these guys will be the only people I call!
