Excellent piano store. I've purchased 3 Yamaha pianos and sold back 2 of them over the past years with great results. The managers and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and low-key; no high pressure sales culture, and you're free to wander around and play and try out pianos to your heart's content.

We bought our piano from this store. The owner was very attentive and helpful with tips and whatnot. In addition, my son takes a piano class with Ms. Michelle on the 2nd floor of the store. She is very kind and patient.

Visit this store for several times, it’s the dealer for Yamaha. Usually during the weekend, there are many customers but there’s only one or two staffs can help. Most piano are available for playing so I don’t mind spend some time waiting for the staff. Ann is really friendly, she introduces me different pianos and shares stories. I would recommend people come here if you’re looking for Yamaha piano.

Nice venue for CMTANC lectures, master classes and concerts! Friendly staffs with numerous varieties of piano selections for sales, mainly Yamaha pianos.

It took me over a year to finally purchase my piano from the Music Exchange. The staff here was always very patient with me while I tried them all out again and again. They provided me with all the info I needed on the instruments I was most interested in and never once pressured me to buy. When I finally did decide to pull the trigger Ulysses made sure everything went smoothly. Three days from making my decision and I have a gorgeous piano in my living room. Stoked! I definitely recommend
