Left their trash all over our apartment we were moving out of and broke the leg of our dresser. I called to report the dresser mishap and never received a response from the operations/support team after speaking with the support team. 2 stars instead of 1 because friendly staff.

I just used You Move Me Bay Area to facilitate my move and I was very satisfied. Even though the office forgot to send wardrobe boxes with the movers, Jessie, Adrian and Marco solved it quickly and managed to finish up my move quicker than anticipated. I would recommend using them as they're also very honest about time, and don't overcharge.

Do not recommend using this service. Movers were rude, damaged my wood floor and my desk. They also left dirt all over my carpet and somehow over my bed and TV. They completed the job and I did not complain/paid in full, and they immediately got up to leave without finishing reassembling all my furniture until I insisted that they help. They still refused to move my TV to the right room for some reason The people I spoke to on the phone were very polite and friendly, but the movers and moving experience fell significantly short of my expectations

You Move Me assisted me with not one, but two moves within two weeks. I moved into an apartment that I quickly needed to move out of, and they were able to get me on their schedule fast. I was in a very tough and stressful situation, but You Move Me came to the rescue and got me through it. The movers were professional and efficient and the price was fair. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with them.
