Moves for Seniors handled every detail of the moving process with moving a family member across the country (and we had do complete this move within two weeks). From our first phone call with Karen, they were professional, personable and helped us find the most economical move. All the items were packed perfectly and arrived without a mark on them. The moving crews were efficient and timely and the truck arrived on the estimated date. Karen our point of contact was always available to answer our questions and got back to us right away with all the logistics in the process. Thank you Moves for Seniors for making this process so easy and allowing us to focus on other things!

Everyone was easy to work with and able to ask questions. It was a stressful time moving our Mom to a New place and state but made easier with the help of the team during mom's move. We would recommend them to our family and friends.

Awful experience. First, I was never told they would farm this out to some third rate moving company. Their truck broke down and they moved all my stuff again to another truck. The mattress was covered in greasy hand prints. A seven thousand dollar new Tempur-Pedic, they were supposed to put in a plastic bag, but didn’t come prepared with that. They threw most of my 3 rooms I had moved in boxes, I paid for packing and unpacking, they didn’t unpack a thing. They tore a huge chunk of drywall out of my wall when they yanked out the TV bracket, broke my favorite platter into many pieces as they piled everything on top of it without wrapping it. They used Mitchell’s out of Richmond. For basically 2 1/2 rooms , I think as charged over 8000.00 for all the damage and failure to unpack, they are only reimbursing me a couple hundred dollars. Run fast to another company, they don’t care about you or your stuff, they said 15 cents a pound regardless of their willful negligence. Appalling!

I would rate at zero stars if I could. I have moved three times with three different senior moving services. They did not show up on time. Packed "willy nilly" and broke several items. The boxes were stacked up with no sense of order - heavy boxes were stacked on top of fragile ones, areas of the apartment were NOT separated. They damaged the walls, damaged my property, did NOT place all my furniture in the designated locations. Then, using slight of hand billing, paid for NONE OF THE DAMAGES! In response to this review, they have reached out to me and are trying to "shut me up" be threatening to access me even more money. They are claiming that the final bill was in error and I owe them even more $$. Please know that this move was a distance of one mile!
