Leo Alexander exceeded all expectations. He organized my daughter's car transport from Dallas to Boston, and I must say I've never worked with someone so attentive, proactive, thorough and kind. He checked in with me routinely, alerted me to any logistical changes and made himself available after hours. He even helped me download an app to track our driver. A true gem of a person during a stressful process. The drivers were great, and the car arrived in perfect shape, but I'd recommend Movewheels because of Leo alone.

This was a seamless process to get my dad's car transported from SC to NJ. The communication between the broker, the driver and myself was consistent and helpful. The timely manner in which the car was delivered was amazing. They worked hard to get the best price for the transport. Highly recommend them if you ever need to transport something.

This company is a scam. My car wasn’t to be picked up until the 14th. I was told that my card wouldn’t be changed until the day of pick up. 4 days before my card was charged $300. I asked to be refunded. Raymond said no because a driver was already assigned. We never discussed any money being taking off my card until the day of the delivery. This is not the first time this has happened. I seen a bunch of other bad reviews with the same situation.

I had a great experience with movewheels. They responded to a shipping request with a reasonable bid. The shipper was secured within a day or two and my vehicle arrived in one week, as promised. Leo was extremely helpful and communicated often with updates. He was very responsive to my questions. I would use them again and recommend their services.

Overall was pretty satisfied with the short amount of time it took for them to transport my car from Alaska to VA. HOWEVER, my only grievance and the reason I put 4 stars instead of 5, is that I was quoted one price and wasn’t properly explained to in the beginning how there’s two separate quotes for going AK to WA and then WA to VA, thus the quote given to me in the beginning was wildly inaccurate and we were all surprised to be told one thing and then another. Otherwise, they’re decent. Just be advised. Elias Mendez was the person who did this all for me.
