Great customer service.I called Elizabeth and she was professional kind and I told her what we need to be done. She explain the process and price which was great for the service we received.she arranged everything in less than an hour and next Day Bobby and crew came and what a great work from the start To end. They came and packed everything perfect and supper clean and move some of our furniture and boxes to the storage stage it beautiful and I didn’t even need to be there .they assembled everything in bedrooms and bunk bed was my big concern but they nailed it. after that in new home assemble everything in living room office bedrooms gym in garage and everything els. We couldn’t ask for anything better and we were so pleased and grateful from the beginning speaking with Elizabeth and to the end work. Thank you so much and we sure use your Service and kind heart. Bobby moved our new vacation home furnishings from FL to NC. Good communication and fair pricing. Because it’s a small business, he was able to provide us with a firm delivery date. He also accommodated our pick-up date. Would use again.

Moving Across America was available within 48hrs of my inquiriry to come to my home & provided me with a quote to move me from Florida to South Carolina. I found Bobby to be friendly & was impressed that he told me I would not need to use a 26ft truck, he could get my load on the smaller truck. I shared with him that I like using a local independent mover as I did not want my belongings combined with another customer's. I chose to go with the larger truck to be safe and allow me the opportunity to add additional items if I wanted to. Moving is very stressful and Bobby had a way of making you feel it was going to be just fine. I contracted with him for a 26ft truck and a car hauler to move my belongings on 6/17 (Monday) with delivery scheduled for 6/19 (Wednesday) in SC. On moving day Bobby arrived at my house & didn't have the car hauler. He would be getting it later & would load it at his house. He also advised me that he was not going to be able to deliver my belongings until Thursday or Friday. He was in the process of coordinating a move for someone else from Florida to North Carolina and would need time to get the other customer loaded & unloaded. I was not happy with him combining my load with another's but at that point I really didn't have an option so I needed to go with it. I insisted he make my delivery in SC on Thursday. Which he did. He had to unload another custoner's belongings in my driveway prior to getting me unloaded and settled. During our first encounter, I stated that I would need him to wrap/protect some artwork and 2 tvs. He stated not a problem he had materials to do that & would take care of it. I went ahead and packed my artwork so he only had the 2 tvs to be concerned with. He waited until everything had been loaded before working with the tvs. He was out of blankets and couldn't get anyone to go to his house for more. He loaded my 50" Samsung Smart tv and an older 43" tv unprotected into the front of the 26' box truck. He would wrap them when he got to his house before moving them to SC. In his contract he states that the service provider (him) shall wrap the items with care. He was negligent and my Samasung tv got damaged. Bobby stated that he would replace my tv. He did not want to submit a claim to the insurance company as that would cause his premium to increase. He needed 3 to 4 weeks to make that happen. On 6/27, I reached out by text to his business number, which his wife monitors, to inquire about the tv & inform her that I wanted a smaller tv. She stated she would handle it. I got the same response on 7/19 & 7/22. Then a phone call from Bobby stating that he would send me the tracking number on wednesday 7/24th. Another text on the 7/26th saying it would be done that day. Nothing happened. I reached out to Bobby's phone by text on 7/31 and he did not resond. In my conversation with Bobby he assured me that he was honest and a man of his word. His actions prove otherwise. I cannot reccommend a business that does not have integrity in working with customers.

Worked with Bobby and his wife for a short stint. Very hospitable and friendly couple. Helped Bobby with a cross country move and they covered hotel and food expenses. One of the most professional and secure load and move services I’ve been a part of. I would recommend to anyone looking for a stress free moving service and some wholesome small business owners. Sorry to say that after having a check bounce there was a falling out. Overall, great life experience. Best of luck
